Premium Connectivity and Traffic

Looks like I got a year of premium connectivity.
So how does that work with Live traffic/Navigation?
Do I see anything on navigation? Does it show traffic build up?
It took me directly into traffic jam for 30 min, and I could totally avoid it by going back roads.

Yes, it shows traffic build up on the map in orange or red depending on conditions. I think the default rerouting, while you are in navigation, is set to 10 minutes, based on data available.
