Premium Connectivity Disappeared

I’ve got a 71 plate M3 lease car. I was one of those that had to subscribe to the £10 per month recently after Tesla decided to charge us for this feature.

Anyway, gets in the car last night and it’s gone. No mention of it in the app.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the app to see if the payment was taken for September - there should be an invoice in there..?

Maybe your card was refused or something?

I can’t find anything in the app and there’s no reason why the payment would decline.

Tried to phone them, but closed at weekends

There is a "tick box" that lease providers have to enable on their Tesla portal to enable the option for client upgrades/subs in the app (so I was told by Leaseplan). Maybe your provider has had a hiccup?

This is the same with me. May 22 MY, and I had been paying for Premiuj connectivity through the app. Come 1st Sep, no premium connectivity - no traffic, satellite view, Spotify etc and yet no more options in the app to continue paying my subscription from before.

Quite a PITA…

Had the same issue had to re subscribe same card same details etc and then worked

The problem is the option to subscribe has disappeared from the app in Software Upgrades. There doesn’t appear to be any option in the Tesla app anymore.
