premium connectivity question regarding used cars from Tesla

Anyone ordered a used MX lately from Tesla because I see conflicting information regarding the premium connectivity.
In the car description it says 30-day trial for the premium connection on the side but in the order agreement there is no mention of the lifetime/trial pc, while reading on the tesla site it says that if you buy a used car before Jan 8,2020 it will have lifetime pc that will transfer to the buyer if sold private party.

Connectivity under "details"

...Anyone ordered a used MX lately from Tesla...

It's a policy not a contract. Tesla can go to the web page and change it at any time. What was true yesterday might not be true today.

A contract is different: You get what you paid for and unchangeable.

That contract is "Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement". If it's documented there, it's unchangeable. If it's not there and people rely on evolving "policy" then good luck, it's not an unchangeable contract.

Back to this policy, to get your lifetime premium connection, you need to have ownership transferred by 1/20/2020 which is a year ago, so it no good if you bought it from 1/21/2020.

The current language says:

"Tesla cars purchased privately or via third-party and have transferred ownership on or before January 20, 2020 will have free Premium Connectivity for the lifetime of the car."

The picture that you attach does not say that and that picture is invalid because it's not presently on the web page.
