Premium Connectivity Stopped Working

We’re having issues with premium connectivity too and did a hard reboot. The option of dealing with the service center is not a good one. I don’t suppose cutting Tesla off from their monthly subscription would get any attention? This is a lot like dealing with yahoo and that’s a very poor benchmark.
How many bars of signal from AT&T do you show when you lose premium connectivity? Is it Tesla or a poor cell signal?
 
According to the primary driver, there aren’t any bars. I’d expect a service interruption when this happens, right?
Yes, most premium connectivity stuff comes over the car's cellular connection, or WiFi when connected at your home or elsewhere. If you don't have bars of connection, it won't work. I have a few minutes after I depart my home before I get a good enough cell signal to do navigation route planning, and streaming music. This is generally an AT&T cellular lack of coverage issue.
