Premium Connectivity

Im from Canada and got my car but after the update it has no option for premium connectivity Netflix and youtube worked last week but now it says connect to WIFI is this normal or should i be able to use the features the account page has no option to subscribe to premium
 
I just want to say that I have the same issue and I'm also in Canada. I had premium connectivity features on the day I picked up the car (1 week ago) and the next day they were gone.

Also no option to subscribe to premium.

Thought I should give people who got the same issue some update here.

I have contacted Tesla today via the online chat window. The rep was super helpful and actually been able to restore the streaming for me (30 day trial). youtue and web browser is still wifi only, but already much better.
