Premium Upgrade Front Chrome Slat Trim

When you order the Premium Upgrades package in addition to all the important goodies you also get chrome trim on the front slats below the headlights.

Does anyone know if these can be ordered and added to a Model S that didn't come with them?

I'm thinking it might look good to have a bit of brightwork on the front to match the rest of the car.

Maybe if you can get the fog lights retro fitted you also get the brightwork
