So the booming noise when going over bumps is starting to hurt and affect my ears. Coming from luxury brands that have a roof and noise cancellation made it great until I switched to Tesla. I love everything about the car except for this and am at an end.
I spent hundreds of dollars so far in Noico sound deadening. I deadend the rear quarter panels, the trunk and the plastic cover below the trunk, the quarter panel covers on the interior, the trunk lower lid and even purchased a trunk cover but the noise is still there. I have adjusted the hatch rubber stops and no difference. I removed the trailer hitch cover, no difference. I even installed rubber bushings between the bolts for the rear trunk pan, no difference. I describe this noise as going over little imperfections in the road causes bass like noise, booming like a pressurized airplane.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
