Sweet! I, for one, cannot wait to install this thing. Just went to pick up some garlic/bbq hot wings with parm for lunch. Put them in the frunk but I friggin' hate pushing down on the lid so hard every time I have to close it.

NICE! It should take a couple of weeks for the whole thingamabob to arrive. As much as I want it functional ASAP, I think I will wait for my brother to visit to get it done. It's always reassuring to get an extra set of eyes on it, although I'm not a newbie in general.

I would love to purchase the Tesla Offer Frunk V4. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or dexterity to install this on my own. Any recommended installers in the Bay Area?

To be honest, I did not like the way that opened the frunk. It was like a loud clunk sound and then it gradually opened. Is this normal for all automatic frunks? Was hoping for it to open more smoothly and quiet.

Is this for Tesla Offer or Hansshow? I watched both install vids and IMO the T.O. seems to be a more weather resistant unit. Waterproof electronics and boots on the struts. Not sure if that's worth an extra $125 though.
