I am fortunate enough to be close to an outlet where we park at work.
Im worried about using my expensive mobile charge and someone swiping it. (parking spots are by high traffic areas)
There is a volt that parks there and rolls tire over the cord to prevent theft.
any other thoughts what I could do?

With your car locked and plugged in, they should not be able to remove your charger. Parking on the cable continuously, will eventually damage the cable, and potentially could cause it to fail or become a shock hazard.
