Hello all, I have a reservation number and just waiting for VIN and EDD. I have put in the order October 1 and I have seen the price change couple of times already, is this normal?

If you change your order (color, Model, Tow Hitch) you will be subject to new pricing.

After logging in to my Tesla account and clicking into my Model Y order - scroll down, lower right is a link to an order agreement. Mine has shown the same number since April, there have been no changes during all the price increases.

Looks like the CA Clean Fuel Reward changed from $1500 down to $750.
