Not really comparable. HW2.5 were different cameras only.

2.5 computer is absolutely different than 2.0. 2.5 radar is different too.

I think the only reason to seek HW4 is if you still actually believe any of Tesla’s FSD nonsense and think your car will actually drive itself in a few years.

If you’ve sobered up to that notion, HW3 will likely provide an all-around better experience for at least the first couple years of your ownership.

I picked up my new S last week, wanted to be sure I took delivery before the June 30th offer ends. I figured there’s a chance they could drop the 3 year unlimited supercharging offer soon. For me that eclipsed any small price cuts or increases. I drive a lot and plan to use their network a LOT. Spent $500/month on premium fuels for weekly southern to northern Virginia weekly work.
