If your problem is bad enough they will accommodate you with a walk in. I had issues with my heat pump and all the appointments were two weeks out. I messaged them in the app, and asked I could come ASAP.
Since it was going to be a multi day service for the heatpump work, they gave me a loaner.
I would schedule an appointment in the app and ask them to come in as early as possible. They are generally pretty efficient with service queues at the Princeton location in my experience.
