Problem Adding Car To Account

I've been trying to add a used Model X we purchased 2 weeks ago to my existing Tesla account, but when I click submit all I've gotten has been "Unable to process request. Please try again later."

Tried different browsers, PCs, phones, etc.... and always 'please try again later.'

The previous owner has also tried to do the transfer and he gets an error when it processes.

Any suggestions?

Correct! this seemed to be the better way and worked for me too. Or get on a chat with Tesla directly and they’ll help via email too.

I didn't receive the email from Tesla, so I will try chat on Monday. Funny, if you go through the 'contact us' for ownership transfer it doesn't give the option for chat. If you select billing or something like it, then you get a chat option!
