My mobile phone connects to my Model Y without issue except when I receive a phone call I cannot find any way to answer the call via the Tesla's screen. For an incoming call a small green phone icon (similar to the one always displayed at the bottom of the screen) comes up at the top (near center left to right)) of screen but touching this icon does nothing, nor is any info displayed about the incoming call. It's been this way for the past several firmware updates. The phone icon that is displayed at the bottom of the screen lets me initiate phone calls. If I answer an incoming call on the phone itself the car's speakerphone works OK. Anyone else having this same issue?

Yes and this morning while on a call I entered my one month old and could not get my Iphone 6S to connect to the car. I had a Dr appointment near the Lawrenceville, NJ Service Center so after the Dr appointment I drove over there. Prior to getting out of my car to go in and complain, I decided to make another test call. Now my phone connected to the car and its working fine. WTF is going on? Just like taking an ICE vehicle to a dealer to complain about a problem and they tell you that they can't find anything wrong. :(

More info on my issue. I have a issue with no means to answer or end phone calls via my 2022 Tesla MY's info screen. I can make calls from my contact list or the info display's numeric keypad. However, when receiving a call the only change to the screen is small green phone icon appears at the top center of the screen (as can be seen in the photo below). However no other phone related info appears (i.e., no info on who ic calling and no option to answer the call. Tapping this small phone icon does nothing. Also after making a call from the info screen using either my contract list or entering the phone number this same small phone icon appears but no means is offered on the info screen to end the call. This has been the same issue for perhaps the past 6 weeks and I have had several subsequent firmware updates from Tesla and a few reboots of the info screen. I have this same issue with my Google Pixel 6 pro and my wife's Samsung Galaxy S10. Anyone else seen this issue or have any ideas how to correct?

I've only had my Y for six weeks and I did experience the same problem. However, today an incoming call displayed a tiny green phone button between the car symbol and the temp display on the console. I touched the green button and the call came thru the speakers. Nice! But upon arriving home on a phone call I could not get the vehicle to fold mirrors by voice. I had to hang up on my call. I probably could have done it by accessing the car control screen but didn't think of that at the time. I'm still learning my vehicle.

Finally got the issue resolved (with inputs from Tesla service tech). If you have the Homelink garage opener installed the incoming phone call info is now (as of a firmware update a few months ago) hidden behind the Homelink menu at the bottom left corner of the screen. You must swipe down on the info bar to reveal the call info. Once you swipe to remove the Homelink menu bar you can still access the Homelink function via an Icon that appears on the top, near center of the screen.
