Problem connecting new iPhone 11 to Bluetooth - phone as key works fine

Updated my phone this weekend. Deleted my old phone from the from the lock registry and the phone registry in the car. Added my new phone to the lock registry and works fine as a key. Not able to connect to bluetooth and use the phone and media. I have done the following:
Rebooted the car (hard and soft)
Restarted the phone.
Deleted the app and reinstalled
Rebooted the car and phone

Any thoughts out there?? Have had no trouble for a year. My wife's phone is fine.

Make sure the Tesla app is set always on. Sometimes the iPhone will turn it off to save battery.

I have same exact problem. My car is on 36.2.3 and my iphone is on 13.2.3. Anyone with a solution?

Had the same issue when I upgraded my iPhone. I went into iPhone Bluetooth setting found the Tesla entry and told it to forget device so that it could re-pair as new.

Glad it worked for you but I have no Tesla entry in my new iphone 11 to forget

This is a long shot, but I’ve found that signing out of the Tesla app on my phone and signing back in will fix some odd problems. No idea if it will help with a Bluetooth issue but it’s one more thing to try. Good luck!

Bought my wife an iPhone 11... same thing except she keeps losing the key. I have to delete the key from the car and re-install the iPhone. It will last anywhere from a week to an hour before it no longer works as a key and has to be redone.
