Problem with connections after factory reset

i had my emc chip replaced on my 2015 Model S 70D in June, and seems to have a problem with the "navigation" voice response (when you press the right side of the scroll wheel). the mic doesnt seem to pick up my voice now for some reason.

i also went out of town in June/July/August for around 2 months, while the tesla sat charged in my underground garage, not driven.

when i came back, i noticed that my navigation voice command still didnt work.

i performed a factory reset yesterday. I notice that voice command still doesnt work, and my clock is 5 minutes behind my phone clock, as well as my wifes phone clock. also, i see a yellow arrow signalling a software update, but when i try to log onto wifi, it keeps getting stuck, and im unable to see any wifi SSID in my area even though i know im right next to one. Bluetooth is also unable to achieve connection right now. also i cant seem to program my homelink to my Garage FOB.

any ideas what i should try next?

im running V10.2 (2020.20.1 552e77693750)
