Problem with Update

Had notification for update on our 2017 100D Model X and started it. Went back in about an hour and both screens are blank / black. Can open the doors, but no screens and cannot drive the car. Tried rebooting both and nothing.

Any ideas anyone?

Ok after a few tries rebooting I finally got everything up and running. Not sure what caused that, have not seen that before.

Did the phone app tell you it was done updating?

Another person reported this but don't know if the waited until the phone app said it was done.

I saw the main screen do that this morning, even though I didn't receive the update upon this evening (thus, it was pre-most recent update - the App Frunk/Trunk update). It took at least 5 minutes for the main screen to wake. Never seen that before)

Although who knows, it may not be related to the update.

Phone app did say update was completed.

Both screens were blank and unresponsive.
