Problems on tesla.com account page after last service

After my last service (8/19), my Model S account page on tesla.com is really messed up. It changed from the old style page to the new one. My ESA no longer shows up and I no longer have an option to make an appointment. The vehicle style changed from the correct, original nosecone style to the refresh style and the color picture on the vehicle list is different than the picture on the detail page - and neither match the car.

The app also no longer gives me the option to schedule service.

I've contacted Tesla through the support link on the main web site, but no response so far. Since they no longer have any way to call and talk to a real person, does anybody have any other suggestions? Do I need to go into the SC?

Yup, same here. I also no longer can purchase FSD, can't see my annual 400kWh free charging, and can't change my scheduled service. Seems like the app is having issue too with changing service time. Been like this since yesterday for me.
