Problems with car: Lease company or Tesla?

For those leasing - What has been your experience getting faults & repairs sorted?

If your car has to go to SC for repair is it up to you to arrange or your lease company?

I've only done it once but I went directly to Tesla.

I have booked it all though the Tesla app but then its only because of a misted rear light. I have a feeling the leasing company will tell you to do the same anyway, the car is under warranty.

nothing to do with the lease company. Just the same if you have leased a ICE car ,you go to your local Dealer service centre.

I'm on lease and had a mis-aligned driver door when I picked the car up. I took the car away and booked a service centre appointment on the app.

The appointment was 2 months away so contacted the Tesla London roaming service team who send someone around to fix the door. Was all sorted within a week. Didn't even notify the lease company.
