problems with Dog Mode locking up the MCU

I am using the Dog mode in my MX a lot the past few days and about half of the time, when I get back to the car, the Dog Mode does not turn off- the AC is on, the temperature is wrong (78 degrees F, not 68 where I want it) and the MCU screen is frozen. The only way to get out of it is to do the 4 button scroll wheel reboot to shut it off and restart, and that takes a long time to reboot with a dead car. Won't drive, won't turn on, blank screens, cannot do anything, just have to wait. Finally the car turns back on after a few minutes and then we can drive off. Happened in front of my girlfriend once with her sick postop dog in the back of the SUV and she was not happy.

It always seems to be the wrong temperature, I have the AC on at 69 and the temp is listed on the screen as 78 and is blowing warm air!

Called in a bug report several times today already. "Thank you for your feedback."

I think something is wrong.

A Bug Report is not the correct tool. If you are having a problem with your car (as you described), you need to open a service ticket, either with the help desk, or your local Service Center. A Bug Report will not generate any action to fix any problem you are having with your car. It is not supposed to.
