Problems with Dog mode?

I will be traveling 4500 miles this summer with a dog. Using dog mode seems like a valuable tool, however I wonder if anyone who has used it has had problems from people who want to interfere. I believe some states have leaving a dog in the car illegal. Don’t want to spend my trip time in court! Anyone share their experiences?

I think many have printed mini posters for the windows of their car in very large fonts

Dog mode display/info shows up on the screen, but yeah, extra posters will help, and check temp on your phone app too (just in case).

I'm one of those "many". Only once, spanning 7 years and over 150,000 miles, have I been hassled when the signs were posted on both sides. And yes, it was in Florida.
