Production Decrease Everyday Around The Same Time

Every day between 10:30 and 11:00 am I get a sudden decrease in production by a few hindered watts. No shading or obstructions. Anyone know what can cause this?

I've noticed that the grid glitches around a similar time for me. I have an old Xantrex inverter that doesn't like this and it sometimes drops out for a few minutes (probably the 5 minutes required by the UL 1741)

That may explain it. I notice today that it happened shortly after my better was fully charged. Going back, each day this occurred it happened almost immediately after my battery was fully charged.
