Pros & Cons of 19x8.5 on MYLR (T Sportline)

I'm planning to get a set of T Sportline TSTs. At the moment, I'm leaning towards getting the 19x8.5 instead of the 19x9.5, mainly to have some sidewall to keep the rims off the curb. The 8.5's also have the virtue of being a little lighter than their wider counterparts. I realize that they're not a perfect match in terms of offset but then again, both the 8.5 and 9.5 wheels have a 35mm offset so I don't think I necessarily gain anything there.

Are there any drawbacks I'm missing? Thanks!

No, you're fine. Tesla wheel widths are a bit wide for the tires, so downsizing in the wheel width is fine.

Thanks. I'd seen a number of reports of folks running T Sportline 19x8.5 wheels but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
