Full PPF and ceramic is what I got for my car. It has saved my paint multiple times. The paint is very thin and easily damaged. At least get PPF on the front but the side skirt/rockers are another place to watch out for.

Rockers including the hips behind the rear doors WILL get destroyed over time. Drive through a dirty area and look at the rain/dirt/mud/etc. pattern along the sides of the car. That shows the vulnerable areas. Basically any surface forward facing needs protection.
Are you sure you’ve seen the new generation of PPF (XPEL Ultimate, Suntek, Clearguard Nano)? The stuff you see applied at dealerships or factory is crap. It is very hard to tell if done properly and with no visible seams.
PPF the front for sure, my car is two years old and looks brand new. I was at a charger last week and a new Y pulled in and looked like it already had 30rock chips on the front bonnet.
