Protocol for reporting INOP SC stall

I took a cruise to SuperCharge for the first time since I bought my Y and check out a SC location I will be using on trips (Mt Vernon IL) and when I arrived all 8 stalls were empty so I backed into 1A. When I plugged in it didn’t charge. Tried a few times, no joy. Moved to 2A and charging started.

So what’s the protocol to follow when we stumble upon a broken SC’er?

I stopped by yesterday and 1A is still INOP.
