PSA: If you have a CPO, verify your warranty expiration date

I was at the Fremont service center today and was surprised when the advisor told me the computer was showing my CPO with warranty expiration of only 2 years instead of 4. I picked up the car a month ago in August 2016 with about 50k miles on it, so the correct warranty should have showed 100k miles / Aug 2020. Instead it was showing 100k miles / Aug 2018!

Needless to say I was both surprised and a bit upset at the same time. I advised I should contact my delivery advisor to get it fixed so I emailed her and am still waiting for a reply.

So for those of you who have a CPO (or maybe even new car), might be good idea to verify the system has your correct warranty expiration date to avoid issues later on. Better to fix it now then be surprised by it later when you need it.
