I noticed some times when my 4G was unavailable and opened a ticket. Chat requested times so they could look at logs.
They did a remote diag and determined faulty connectivity board. Currently in the service center for replacement.
Kudos to Tesla for a streamlined experience.
Anyhow, if you’re getting spotty service and your mobile phone is getting signal and otherwise in a known good area, pursue the matter.
