Purchasing from a non Tesla Dealer

I am aware of the extended warranty, but with only 6k miles on it is that something I would need?

call your local service center and give them the VIN, they should be able to tell you all the options on the car

Thanks for all the help. Not sure what I want to do at this point. Kinda leary of this one and I cant get extended warranty on CPO either and I dont want to drop alot of coin on a brand new one. Decisions and Decisions.

Further the cheapest AP1 car on CPO is a 2014 with 19K miles at 64k the next one is a 2014 at 69k.

Might just skip AP1 and get a P85 CPO.

Why would you already be looking at the extended warranty on a CPO? They retain the original battery warranty and all CPOs that I am aware of come with a 'like new' 4 year 50k mile warranty.

It would give me added protection for more years to match the drive train. On the dealer car, it only has about 3 years left on everything but the drive train. Not sure I would get it but weighing all options and there are a ton of options.

Extended warranty is insurance. They wouldn't offer it at a price that they would be loosing money on it (on average). Which side of the curve you fall on, one never knows. You can do a lot of repairs for $4750 plus a deductible each incident.
