Yes, a business can buy a Tesla Model S and get the $7500 tax credit; you have to declare the percentage of business use. The car would have to be titled in the name of the business, because only the actual owner can claim the tax credit. So that probably would not work for you. (It should work for sole proprietors.)
Edit: this is easily checked by simply reading form 8936, which is where I got the information.
