Question about 'Final Payment Due'

I ordered my X on 11/16. Today I received my VIN and an email to submit my final cash payment. My delivery estimate is 12/15-12/31.

I won't have the necessary funds available in my back account for about a week. My question is - will I delay my delivery if I don't pay the final balance due immediately? Or will they continue with building/transporting my car for delivery regardless?

I think you need to fullfill it until the day of pick up otherwise it will be un assigned to you.

Depends on your jurisdiction. I took delivery without paying in advance, other than the order fee.

In the MVPA there's a clause on payment, including payment by check. Take a look at it.

I always recommend providing a check in person on pickup day. That way if you refuse delivery it doesn't take months to get your money back.
