Question for New Zealand Model 3 recent deliveries

My New Zealand buddy "Max" has been notified his Model 3 is on the way!
Question: I have read on this forum that Tesla IS NO LONGER including charging cables?
Is that correct for recent Model 3 deliveries for New Zealand?

Assuming NZ are in the same situation as us here in Australia. Which I’m pretty sure they are. It’s only cars ordered from yesterday on that will no longer come with the UMC. So Max’s car will come with one for sure.

Tgats correct, they no longer ship with a charger. You are best to consider upgrading to a Smart EV wall charger. Not allot more in cost but the install will be additional as they dont plug in to a standard socket.
