Question for those who are financing thru Tesla

Hi all - this is my first post. I just picked up a White MX and loving it so far.

I bought the MX at the end of Sept (during the quarter push) and took advantage of their 0.99% financing. That said, I'm 18 days into ownership, but have not received any word on next steps for it. I've tried contacting Tesla via their Ask a Question thing on the Account section of their site, but no responses.

How long did it take for you to get instruction on payments, and how was it received? Was it snail mail from the bank?

They are pretty much backlogged. Best to call a few days before due date and talk to Tesla and the bank to verify the payment details. My loan automatically appeared on my bank account since I already bank with them.

My first invoice has arrived via mail a couple of weeks after the delivery, with the first due date 30 days after the purchase date. I would contact the bank directly.

The bank was listed on the paperwork. I called them directly. With my social they found my account. I used it to create a web account, and get the information to set to the payment.

Update, I called the bank on the purchase agreement and was able to locate my loan. Hope someone else finds something useful from this thread.
