That said, I have a question:
A friend of mine who is a current owner in Southern California made a Model 3 reservation today through his Tesla account linked to his Model S, and his delivery estimate is “Late 2018” across the board. There has been talk (with some controversy) of current owners getting some sort of priority despite a late reservation. For current owners (or someone who knows a current owner) who reserved later through your tesla account, did that priority show up immediately? I know some people used different emails or bought a Model S or X after making their M3 reservation and the priority didn’t show up on their estimator until later; but I’m curious about ones who used the correct info on an account already linked to a Model S or X, but the reservation was well after the reveal.
