Over here in Europe, Tesla are saying publicly that they will charge by kWh in countries where they are legally able to do so (such as the UK), and by time anywhere that they aren't able to do so, No comment yet on actual rates.

Thanks for that info. Makes sense and is likely how it will be done in Canada.
Here's a question: I do a lot of Supercharging in the US. I wonder what the invoice we get will look like? US charging in kWh at $US while Canadian charging is per minute in $CDN? Or will we have to buy some sort of "credits" to use wherever we go?
