I have two questions,

Can I switch my Tesla Rep ? I never could reach my rep by phone and email or texts.

One of my clients is a service rep which is great ones I get the car. I asked him if he has any connections to get the car sooner.
He told that Tesla put my car in priority list. Does Tesla has priority list ?
 
Q1: Nope.
Q2: Nope.

The reps and general customer service is bad no matter what. Some reps are better than others but at the end of the day, the procedure is the same for everyone. Nobody gets to cut the line - the rep saying “you are in a priority list” is the same BS they told the person before your call and probably mentioned it to whomever they spoke with after you.

But wait, it’s gets worse! Once you get your car the BS continues when (not if) you make service appointments!
