I just received my VIN today. I haven’t heard anything other than the initial order placed text message back in early March of this year, have had no contact with any SA, delivery center will not answer the phone or return calls.
I just found out that the Tesla service center that is an hour and a half away isn’t the delivery location, and that my car will actually be delivered to Mt Kisco, NY. this location is 350 miles away, a 6 hour drive.
What are my options here? I saw there might be a home delivery option, but I don’t see anywhere what the cost on this would be. Could I get them to reimburse a rental car to get out there? Or a flight and train ride?
Anyone else have any experience with this?
