Yes, however even if you connect the wall unit to a 32A per phase supply the most the car will charge at (at least an MS or MX) is 22A per phase or roughly 46 miles/hour. Dunno what a M3 will do.

I’ve got four of them on a 3 phase supply. No problem at all.

TM3P will take 16A per phase from a 3 phase supply, so a maximum 11kW charge power or about 43miles per hour. Which is plenty.
