Quick Question: Model S OBDII port?

Do Model Ss in the UK have an OBDII port, and if so, where is it?
I only need it for unswitched power.

Thanks, but I'm not looking for the Diag Port. I'm looking specifically for the OBDII port on UK Model Ss for power only. I do not need access to CAN or LIN.

It’s in the footwell above the go pedal. Sometimes behind a cover, sometimes they’re [the cover is] missing

No sorry, I've mislead you with my lazy typing and lack of grammar. What I meant was sometimes the cover for the OBD2 port is missing, not that the OBD2 port might be missing. The port will be there.
