Radar Dash Mount

Anyone have any recommendations for a dash mount for a radar detector? I live in Las Vegas and it gets brutal here in the summers, my biggest concern is the material melting to the dash. I'd prefer not to mount to the windshield with the suction cups.

Numerous threads on this.

I was thinking about modifying https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075M3LCDP/ and placing it between the headliner and windshield.
or
you could get blendmount/generic version of it.

Currently using suction cups and hardwired. Can't see radar setup from outside.

Using blendmount with Radenso XP, hard wired into 12v power. It looks so clean that people think it came like that from the factory.

Most of us are mounting just below the rearview mirror with either RadarMount or Blend Mount.
