A few years ago there was a radio control roadster, I think the model was orange or red, that was available. If any of you purchased and now want to sell, I would be interested in this little model. I am enjoying my roadster so much, my girlfriend has accused me of loving the car more than her... best not to answer that one incorrectly. Thanks for taking the time to read this!

They occasionally pop up on eBay. I picked one up a few months ago from there.

    Mine's like metallic maroon color.

I've never put batteries in mine; I got it basically to be a desktop model.

I put batteries in mine. It drives very well if you put it in reverse; otherwise it is totally unstable and likes to spin.

Doug, wrap a rubber band around the tread of the rear tires. No more spinning.

You mean they delivered the car without tires? That explains everything.

Especially needed for hardwood floors. But with rubber bands added it will go too fast because there is no proportional control, just full-on. One of the projects on my back burner is to replace the works in that car with a good quality RC system.
