Ordered White / White PUP FSD 1/30/2020 as soon as tow hitch became an option in April I added it.

6/2 I got the 2-4 weeks text

6/14 I got the 1-2 weeks text

6/25 I got a you are in queue to receive a VIN text

6/26 same text as above

Not a peep since then
7/20 decide to chat and see if there is any movement told I have a tentative VIN but they can't tell me what it is because it's not final yet.

7/21 I reach out to Mark Gomez from the "Tesla Model Y" Facebook Group he's a manager in So Cal for Tesla.

About 11:35 Eastern last night Mark reaches out via text and let's me know that my car is built and in Oakland and that "It’s committal date is the 30th, Pick up 8/1"

He then sent me my inside advisor's name, phone number & work email.

If you are stuck in update limbo (Especially 2019 reservation holders) if you are ready to take delivery I'd recommend reaching out to Mark Gomez via the Facebook group.

He might even be able to match you to a vehicle that is a slight variation from your order to speed things up.
So he wanted me to make sure and let everyone know he's here to help and will try and help as many people as possible.
