Radio/sound system buffers constantly won't change channels

I touched the two touch panels on the left side of steering wheel and now I can not change the radio channel
and the system just buffers and I can't go to another area eg.anything /Radio/Streaming etc.I don't know what they are for
and was trying to familiarize myself with all the features(car is fairly new).These are the ones above and below the wheel
that raises and lowers the volume......any thoughts????

I’m having a similar problem since the latest software update. Left-side steering wheel buttons work for skipping songs, but the long press to change stations doesn’t work and occasionally the entire media panel in the UI will become unresponsive.
