Rain leaking into doors

anyone noticed rain leaking into door between flashing and glass?

Occurring on all my doors.

yes, it seems they are designed to handle that, mostly because the glass is allowed to tilt, and won't have a constant pressure against the wiping part like on framed doors.
We have rain , snow, and anything between half a year, and it does not cause any problem.

So there are weep holes at bottom of doors?

While I've never looked for them, there absolutely certainly are. - Otherwise my doors would be filled with ice now, and feel very heavy
