Raleigh Service Center - Kudos

I've been this morning to the Raleigh, NC Service Center.
Just wanted to give kudos to those professional that helped me.
They were very helpful, listen to my problems, fixed what needed to be fix and always with a smile on the face being super nice to me, even if sometimes I'm a very pushy.
Both the person at the counter and the mechanic that helped me were extremely professional, polite and really seem to care about me as customer.
If you guys from the SC in Raleigh read this forum, kudos to you!

I just wish they could make the roof glass ferry appear.....
That aside (which isn't their fault), this has been my experience there as well.

They are great for me too! Just have to be patient with them as they are very busy.
