I don't think its Elon, this person was going to Cheviot Hills, - Ive seen Elon on Santa Monica in a black P90D before.

Probably not the right thread for this but -
last Friday I saw a (gorgeous, of course) Sig Red X heading east on AZ Rte 74 as both of us were stopped at the Lake Pleasant traffic signal. I was headed north to turn west, so if I was at 6 o'clock he was at 9 o'clock.
I was in my "new" mint '88 FJ62 Land Cruiser, waving and gesticulating. But am thinking now that putting my fingers in an "X" pattern may have given its driver more the idea of a exorcism than of approbation. Oops.

Its AZ license plate was something like XCELLENT but I couldn't properly see it. Familiar to anyone?

I believe the correct gesture is to wave with index and middle fingers crossed and the rest curled under.

Yesterday evening we spotted a white X while driving our white X in Raleigh, NC! We pulled along side him and all gave each other a wave and a thumbs up. We didn't get a picture but this was the first X other than ours that we've seen in the wild.
