Random Model X sightings

Didn't post earlier because I couldn't take pictures, but I saw a red MX parked on Chicago Ave. just outside Abbott Children's Hospital about 3 weeks ago. First time seeing one in the wild.

Every time I see a Tesla parked on the street, often around Children's, I cringe a bit. People have more faith in other's driving ability than I.

Saw a black one with the silver 22's today a few miles from home. So pretty.

I have not seen my car's photo posted here but I have seen four people taking pictures of it, most while driving ;-)

I saw my first X in the wild here in San Diego for a good 5 seconds, but a god damned Corolla completely blocked me of the visual pleasure let aside any pictures. Today onwards, I abhor Corollas!

I saw a red one on Jeffrey Road yesterday morning in Irvine

Just saw a beautiful titanium metallic one driving around T-Mobile's HQ in Bellevue, WA this morning. Too sudden and quick to take a pic. Made me miss my Blue Spark even more

I nearly fainted (while driving) when I saw what I thought was a model 3 today, in the wild. It seemed highly illogical, though. After much thought I've concluded that what I saw was a model X. It appeared much smaller than I thought it would, which was why I thought OMG MODEL 3. It was going the other direction so I just caught a brief glimpse of the front end.

I don't have a pic. Just to confirm, if you're driving an SUV and sitting pretty high, would the X appear smallish, like a small sedan?

X doesn't look smallish by any chance

Well...a moment later an unrelated Model S drove following it (opposite me). They did not look alike. This was roundish and small. I do not think it was an S.

So the X doesn't appear small from the height of a Jeep Grand Cherokee? Hm.

You could have seen a Model 3. There have been other sightings of the prototype cars.

I doubt they'd be driving any in Lake Oswego, OR, though. That's why I concluded that my initial thought was wrong. Oh well, I guess I'll never know.

Maybe Tesla is doing some long distance tests with the Model 3 and they were doing a run from the Bay Area to Seattle and back?

I spotted my first MX "in the wild" in Belmont, MA. Looked like it was Midnight Silver.

Spotted a Silver 90D with 20's and temporary plates in the parking lot adjacent to my gym this afternoon. Purdy. Looked like a black leather (PUP) interior with matte Obeche trim. Very nice.

FYI, been seeing Model X's pretty much every day now. They're pretty common.

They still aren't very common outside California. I know there are some in the Portland area, but I have yet to see one.

I saw my first one in Austin this week and I've been looking everywhere on my commuting. We only have just over 50 delivered in this area though. I'm assuming Cali has 100s - 1,000s

Other than the seven I saw at my paint protection guy, I haven't see any on the road recently.
