Just had my first Model X sighting in North Bend, WA. Saw it on a side street as we were approaching waiting to turn. Ended up following me most of the way home. Looks like someone in my neighborhood got their X.

And people wonder why I say all cars should get an alignment right after delivery (or really, the service center should do an alignment as part of the PDI).

for all of the grumbling about how unacceptably large the X is on the forums, it looks small compared to the typical ICE SUV in front of it. Or is it just the parallax effect....?

That appears to be a Land Rover Discovery SCV6. From my limited googling, its dimensions are:
Length: 190.1 in*OR*4829 mm
Width: 85.7 in*OR*2177 mm
Height: 74.1 in*OR*1882 mm
Saw this Metallic Silver founders X in Palo Alto today. Was super psyched because that was the color I ordered and I love it!
What was weird was the passenger FWD was slightly ajar...it was parked and no one was inside. I hope it was just a driver error and not a problem with the door. Other interesting thing to note is how wide the car is when you park it on the street. If you look at both pictures, you can see that the rear tires are about a half foot from the curb and almost outside the "T" painted parking markings.

I have seen several X's in real life and they are not nearly as massive as big SUVs and minivans. It's really not a big vehicle. Very sleek. Stunning, actually.

Those panel gaps at the trunk seem to be pretty extensive in most of the photos I've seen (including this delivery today.) They seem to widen as you go back towards the taillights. Hopefully this isn't the "normal" tolerance.

Definitely a sketchy set-up. Seems like an impending Darwin Award nominee.
The X looks like a beacon of light against the back-drop though.

I saw either a Black or a Midnight Silver (dark metallic gray) Model X on the highway tonight, but it was dark outside and I was not able to get a photo.
My only impression is that it is very tall compared to Model S, so I imagine the headroom must be pretty good.
