Range Anxiety - Porsche cayenne

Dealing with range anxiety today...
My wife called on the way home from work... 23 mile trip, left work with 25 miles of range... It immediately dropped to ---

In her Porsche Cayenne....


Had to say on the phone with her while she drove to the nearest gas station.

I informed her that she just experienced range anxiety...


I believe the word is schadenfreude <G>

Porsche's are notorious for this sort of thing. I'm a big Porsche aficionado, but the --- usually meant that I still had another 30 miles left. I always pushed the limit in the car when I saw those ---, but I didn't ever once run out of fuel knock on wood.

Sounds like you need to install a gas pump in your garage. That way the porsche can start each day with a full tank

My other car has a similar "When below X don't show the estimate, show boilerplate text". It's terribly annoying.
