Range data from removing Aero Wheel Covers

While not a scientific comparison - still interesting; and it kinda proves what we expected. Even if +/- was half - still impressive.

A real test might be 2 just delivered similar equipped M3's running on a closed course(or a long fwy run), side by side (to maintain close to same speed).
Multiple runs exactly the same course, while swapping drivers for each run. Each would start at the same battery level.

Solid gold aero covers definitely increase range.

Setting TACC to 80 mph and actually going 80 mph are poorly correlated.

I’m most concerned about snow and ice building up behind aero covers. Will wait to see what happens.

doesn't really happen. I've already been through a winter with mine. pretty impressed at how well the caps keep stuff out. I rotated my tires recently and took off the covers for the first time. The brake gear is pristine.
