Sure, it can be upgraded to 60kwh. But it isn't worth to do so, 40kwh is good enough for most daily commuting. The cost for upgrade is 11K when I bought this car.

Some quick math says that your 134 mile range 40 is a 201 mile 60...

How much of the warranty is left?

The truth is the dashboard pop out 131 to 135 miles when the car was fully charged.
The Factory Warranty is effective until 07/10/2017

My question - did you look at trade in with Tesla? I bet they would give you more than you're asking (bc low miles, and can turnaround and sell as a 60)

No. They have a formula and it takes into account it is a 40. Even though they will turn around and sell it as a 60 you don't get the benefit of that when they buy it from you or take it as a trade-in.

Based on the quoted info in the OP, there should be. If math serves me right, anywhere from 6 - 18 months and 26,474 miles.

Does not matter for the original warranty. Transfers through multiple owners.

Car is a 2013, so mathatically there is SOME of that 4 year warranty left, just depends on which month in 2013 that the original owner took possession.
